Chocolate Cherry Energy Smoothie

Serves 1 – 2

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Cherries
  • 1/4 each Avocado
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (Chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flax or Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond or Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Ice
  • I prefer Plant based protein powder

Method

  1.  Add all ingredients to blender
  2.  Place smoothie in 20 oz cup
