Chocolate Cherry Energy Smoothie

Energize your morning with this Chocolate Cherry Smoothie, rich in protein, healthy fats and fiber! It’s good for the heart!

Serves 1 – 2

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Cherries
  • 1/4 each Avocado
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (I prefer Plant based protein powder like Vega or Sun Warrior brand)
  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flax or Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond (I like Silk brand)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Ice

Method

  1.  Add all ingredients to blender
  2.  Place smoothie in 20 oz cup
