I have been a client of Marsha’s for a little over 8 weeks and have followed her recommendations. Marsha’s recipes and knowledge of healthy products are wonderful and she guides you to make responsible choices. Having the knowledge, you can then enable yourself to make better decisions about what to eat and when to eat. I have had to choose smaller portions of food but have loaded up with veggies and other ideas.. Marsha’s method is not a starvation diet but more of a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable and in the long run, with her education, you are in control of your choices.
