Berry-Beet Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • ½ small cooked beet (or ¼ cup grated raw beet)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (optional for protein)

Toppings (optional):
Fresh berries, chia seeds, coconut flakes, or pumpkin seeds

Directions:
