Berry-Beet Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
- ½ small cooked beet (or ¼ cup grated raw beet)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries
- ½ banana
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (optional for protein)
Toppings (optional):
Fresh berries, chia seeds, coconut flakes, or pumpkin seeds
