Berry Bake with Oatmeal

(One pan bake)

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz fresh blueberries or mixed berries , or I love strawberries in season too
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 3/4 cups unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 large eggs, whisked

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In a 10 inch deep oval baking dish, add all your ingredients and mix together.

3. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden

I enjoy eating it either warmed or at room temp.
