Berry Bake with Oatmeal
(One pan bake)
Ingredients:
- 12 oz fresh blueberries or mixed berries , or I love strawberries in season too
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1 3/4 cups unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
- 2 large eggs, whisked
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a 10 inch deep oval baking dish, add all your ingredients and mix together.
3. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden
I enjoy eating it either warmed or at room temp.
