Blueberry Coconut Fat Bombs

These Blueberry Coconut Fat Bombs are the perfect snack to keep on hand. They give a great boost of energy and satisfy any craving for sweets or fats.


  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries (or berry of choice)
  • ½ tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup


Gently melt the coconut oil on the stovetop. Using a food processor or blender, pulse the frozen fruit into small chunks and add the vanilla and maple syrup. Combine well. Add the melted coconut oil and blend to evenly combine. Once the mixture is well combined, spoon into silicone shaped molds or a parchment paper lined baking sheet (ensure that the baking sheet will fit in your freezer). Freeze to firm up for approximately 30 minutes. Remove from molds or parchment paper and store in the freezer. For best texture and temperature, let the fat bomb sit room temperature for 10-15 minutes before eating.
