Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
3 tbsp cacao powder
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp chia seeds
3/4-1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of sea salt

Directions
1. Put all your ingredients into a bowl
2. Using a high powered blender, blend all ingredients together
3. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes (at least) or freezer for 10 minutes before serving
