2 8 oz salmon fillets
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp tamari sauce
2 tbsp ginger root, freshly grated
1 tbsp dijon mustard
In a small mixing bowl, combine honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger root, and mustard. Mix well. Transfer mixture to a shallow baking dish and coat one side of fillets with marinade. Turn fillets over and coat the other side. Cover and marinade for 20 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill fillets for 4-6 minutes on each side depending on thickness. Cut the fillets in half.
Salmon may be cooked in a pan over medium heat. Serve with a freshly prepared vegetable and/or green salad.
