Overnight Chia Pod

This simple yet wholesome recipe combines the nutty flavors of chia seeds, sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, and hemp hearts with the comforting texture of rolled oats. Infused with the warmth of cinnamon and the natural sweetness of maple syrup, this pudding is not only tasty but also packed with protein, fiber, and essential nutrients. Ingredients:
- 1 ½ tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 tbsp. sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp. hemp hearts
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- ½ – 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk or enough to fill up the bottom of the jar
Directions:
1. Combine all dry ingredients together in a glass jar and pour liquid on top.
2. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or best overnight.
3. Add favourite fruits (berries or pomegranate seeds) and unsweetened coconut if desired
