Peach Oatmeal Bake
I always love the idea of dessert for breakfast and this yummy Peach Oatmeal Bake tastes just like a cobbler! ๐๐๐
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cup peaches sliced
- 1/4 maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375
- Mix all ingredients together and add an extra sliced peach for topping. I love to add more cinnamon too.
- Bake for 50 min and let cool for 5 min.
Tip: Store in fridge. Lasts for the whole week.
