Peach Oatmeal Bake

I always love the idea of dessert for breakfast and this yummy Peach Oatmeal Bake tastes just like a cobbler! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cup peaches sliced
  • 1/4 maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Mix all ingredients together and add an extra sliced peach for topping. I love to add more cinnamon too.
  • Bake for 50 min and let cool for 5 min.

Tip: Store in fridge. Lasts for the whole week.
