Perfect Pumpkin Spiced Protein Smoothie

As the leaves change, so can your menu! This fall, try a delicious pumpkin spiced smoothie. Packed with nutrients, pumpkin is a great source of vitamins A and C, fiber, and antioxidants. Here’s a simple recipe to get you started:

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 3⁄4 cups water or unsweetened nut milk of choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder ( I enjoy the brand @Good Protein or a scoop of collagen )
  • 1⁄2 cup Pureed Pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 1⁄2 tbsps Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and adjust liquid according to texture and creaminess.
