Serves 8


1 14oz can of chickpeas

2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

2 cloves

1/3 cup tahini sauce

1 tsp. ground cumin seed

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

1 tsp. salt 


Strain and reserve the liquid from the chickpeas. Combine all the ingredients into a blender. Add a little of the liquid at a time until you reach desired consistency. Serve and enjoy!
