Chocolate Cherry Energy Smoothie
Energize your morning with this Chocolate Cherry Smoothie, rich in protein, healthy fats and fiber! It’s good for the heart!
Serves 1 – 2
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Frozen Cherries
- 1/4 each Avocado
- 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (I prefer Plant based protein powder like Vega or Sun Warrior brand)
- 1/2 cup Spinach
- 1 tbsp Cacao powder
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 tbsp Flax or Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond (I like Silk brand)
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Ice
Method
- Add all ingredients to blender
- Place smoothie in 20 oz cup
